Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to project engagements, retainers, and service agreements with Katrex Technologies.

If a cancellation request is received before work has started, we may cancel the engagement and refund any amount specifically marked as refundable in the project terms, after deducting non-recoverable transaction charges if any.

Once work has started, completed milestones, planning time, research, setup, and consumed resources are not refundable. We may still stop future work if the engagement is cancelled, and we will share the status of completed and pending items.

For monthly support or retainer arrangements, cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the agreement says otherwise.

Send a written request to support@katrex.in with the project name and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge the request and share the next steps.
