ArrowZen ("we", "our", or "the App") is a mobile application developed by Katrex Technologies. ArrowZen is designed with user privacy and data security as fundamental priorities.
This Privacy Policy explains how ArrowZen handles user information, device data, and third-party integrations in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data privacy standards.
Information We Collect
ArrowZen collects minimal data necessary to provide a smooth, reliable user experience:
- User Preferences & App Data: Local app configuration, progress, and settings saved locally on your device via Android SharedPreferences.
- Technical & Device Information: Operating system version, device model, screen resolution, and anonymous crash reports to optimize app stability.
- Optional Account Data: If an optional account or profile is created, basic details such as username or email provided voluntarily by the user.
- Advertising & Analytics Identifiers: Anonymous advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID) processed by integrated ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob) for ad serving and measurement.
How We Use Information
We use collected information strictly to deliver, maintain, and enhance the ArrowZen user experience:
- To operate core app features, save preferences, and store user progress.
- To deliver relevant, non-intrusive advertisements via Google AdMob.
- To analyze performance metrics, diagnose crashes, and issue bug fixes.
- To ensure compliance with Google Play Console policies and protect against security risks.
Third-Party Services & Advertising
ArrowZen may integrate Google AdMob and Google Play Services to serve banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements and manage app services.
These third-party providers may collect device identifiers and usage telemetry subject to their respective privacy policies. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Data Protection & Security
We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data:
Network communications between the app and external services utilize encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) protocols.
Local app data is isolated within Android's sandboxed app directory to prevent unauthorized external access.
Permissions Used
- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to fetch app configuration, serve advertisements, and send anonymous diagnostic reports.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Optional): Used to send timely app reminders or feature updates.
- No Unnecessary Permissions: ArrowZen does NOT request precise location tracking, contacts, SMS, microphone, or camera permissions unless required for specific user-initiated features.
Children's Privacy
ArrowZen is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
ArrowZen complies with COPPA and Google Play Families Policies. Ad requests are configured appropriately for target audience categories.
Data Retention & Account Deletion
Local data remains on your physical device and can be cleared at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling ArrowZen.
